Red wine perfectly goes with roast beef and salmon osso bucco. It will also match with turkey in mango sauce, poultry rissoles with thyme sauce, chili con carne or grilled pork.
White wine will nicely compliment the taste of salmon with hollandaise sauce. The fish menu offers a wide range of hors d'oeuvre: gratinated mussels, clam in chili marinade, herring with sauce, breaded sprat, hot smoked salmon and whitefish with tartar sauce, shrimp and much much more. There is a wide choice of side dishes, cheese and meat carvings, different pickles and sauces. The bread basket is always carefully covered with a towel so that the oven fresh baguettes and bread loaves stay warm. Don’t forget to treat yourself to our desserts! We offer a great cheese assortment, different types of mousse and ice creams, fruit and berry salads, glögg marinated pears and oranges in Galliano syrup. Special attention should be paid to the cakes: berry cakes, cream cakes, apple cakes – they all deserve to be tasted this evening!
